So sad on Monday when we stopped im and found they were closed due to Labor Day holiday, now have to go back because I have the craving and it won’t go away till I have this amazing food!! I have a shell fish allergy as well as my daughter, and we both can confidently eat here without fear of cross contamination. We are not always so lucky to be able to eat out in places like this and not have to worry about having my epi pen at the ready. “ Short Story: Fresh ingredients, and fast and friendly service makes a delicious PokeDoke experience! Long Story: PokeDoke in Kirkwood offers delicious Poke and Boba Tea in a cute, clean and friendly environment. They even have a sweet wall with a neon sign you can take photos in front of. The Poke offerings are large portions, made with fresh ingredients (not always the easiest in the Midwest). I ordered a small make-your-own Poke bowl with Ahi tuna, 1/2 brown rice 1/2 mixed greens base, edamame, crab salad, seaweed salad, and cucumbers, topped with crispy onions and eel sauce. It was so tasty! The staff were all so friendly and helpful when creating the bowl to-go. I also ordered a large Jasmine Milk Boba tea, which was so sweet and delicious! “ I love the Kirkwood location and the staff, they are always amazing. I ordered a delivery using DD but unfortunately from a different location (my fault!) but thought is was Kirkwood. I needed to ensure my food is gluten free so I called to double check. They were going to keep an eye out for my ticket to make sure I was safe. When they didn't receive the ticket, they actually took the time to call me back to let me know. That is some seriously good customer service I wish I could remember the name of the female I talked to because she should definitely get kudos by name! Seriously, wow, what a fantastic experience the staff provided. Was a favorite before, but this just solidified my love for the Kirkwood location and their staff. ”

“ We love Poke, it's a nice refreshing lunch, especially on hot days. There were several size bowls available to accommodate any size appetite. The bowls were good with nice portions. I do wish there would have been a few more veggie options, and fried garlic would be a nice touch. Overall, it was a great location with nice patio seating and definitely recommend stopping in. ”
